Core SEO service

SEO reporting that explains what changed and why it matters

A useful SEO report answers three questions: what happened, why, and what we should do next. We build measurement around your business goals and explain the numbers in plain language.

You receive

  • Measurement plan
  • Tracking recommendations
  • SEO dashboard
  • Recurring reports

Scope, timeline and price confirmed in writing before work starts.

The service

Reporting built around business questions

Many SEO reports are lists of rankings and traffic charts without context. We start with what the business needs to know (leads, sign-ups, revenue, visibility for strategic topics) and work backward to the data required to answer it.

We review your Google Search Console and GA4 setup, make sure conversions are tracked correctly, segment data by page group and brand versus non-brand queries, and deliver recurring analysis with commentary and recommendations.

Business problems

Problems this service addresses

  • Reports nobody reads

Dashboards are full of charts, but leadership can't tell whether SEO is working.

  • Conversions aren't tracked reliably

Form submissions, demo requests or calls aren't recorded, or are double-counted.

  • Unexplained traffic changes

Organic traffic moved sharply and nobody knows whether it was seasonality, an algorithm update, a technical change or a tracking problem.

  • Brand and non-brand traffic mixed together

Growth in branded searches hides declines in the non-brand queries that bring new customers.

  4. 04

    Page-group segmentation

  5. 05

    Brand versus non-brand analysis

Query segmentation that separates demand for your brand from discovery by new audiences.

    Dashboards

Looker Studio or your existing BI tool, focused on a small number of decision-relevant views.

  7. 07

    Recurring analysis

Monthly or quarterly reports with commentary: what changed, likely causes and recommended actions.

  8. 08

    Traffic change investigations

Structured diagnosis of sudden drops or spikes across technical, algorithmic, seasonal and tracking causes.

Charts that carry their own explanation

Every chart in a report should answer “what changed, and why?” Here, an annotation ties a traffic change to a release date.

Questions

SEO Reporting FAQ

Do you need access to our analytics?

Yes, read access to Google Search Console and GA4 at minimum. Configuration changes require editor access, which we only use with your approval.

Can you report on traffic from AI assistants?

Partly. Google includes clicks from AI Overviews and AI Mode in overall Search traffic in Search Console, so they can't be separated there. Other assistants appear in GA4 as referral traffic only when a visit carries referrer or campaign information; visits without it are counted as direct, so we label those figures as a lower bound.
