The service
What an SEO audit covers
An SEO audit is a structured review of everything that affects how your site earns organic traffic: technical health, indexing, on-page signals, content coverage, internal links and the competitive landscape. Automated crawls are our starting point. We then review templates, search results and your analytics data by hand.
The result is not a score. It is a short list of decisions (what to fix, what to build, what to stop doing) with the evidence behind each one and a recommended order of work.
Business problems
Problems this service addresses
Traffic is flat or declining
Organic sessions or leads have stalled, and the cause isn't obvious from your dashboards.
Warnings without priorities
Tool reports flag hundreds of issues with no indication of which ones affect revenue.
Pages competing with each other
Several URLs target the same queries, and search engines rotate between them.
New content doesn't perform
Recently published pages aren't indexed, don't rank, or attract the wrong visitors.
Decisions need an independent view
Leadership wants an evidence-based assessment before investing more in SEO or changing providers.
No baseline for a new team
A new marketing lead or developer needs to understand the current state of organic search quickly.
What we do
The work involved
- 01
Technical health review
Status codes, redirects, canonicals, robots directives, rendering, structured data and Core Web Vitals across your key templates.
- 02
Indexing and crawling analysis
Crawl results compared with sitemaps and Search Console indexing data to find excluded, duplicate, orphaned or unintentionally indexed pages.
- 03
Keyword and page mapping
Priority topics and queries mapped to the pages that should rank for them, exposing gaps and overlaps.
- 04
On-page SEO review
Titles, meta descriptions, headings, copy, images and internal links on representative and high-value pages.
- 05
Content gap analysis
Topics and search intents your buyers have that your site doesn't answer, or answers less completely than ranking competitors.
- 06
Internal linking opportunities
Pages that deserve more internal links, orphaned content, and anchor text that misdescribes its destination.
- 07
Competitor research
How the sites that rank for your priority queries structure their pages, content and internal links, based on what we can observe in public search results.
- 08
Prioritized recommendations
Every finding scored for impact, effort and risk, then ordered into a roadmap your team can execute.
Automated scan vs. manual audit
Why a tool report isn't an audit
| What you get | Automated scan | Manual audit |
|---|---|---|
| Finds broken links, missing tags and status errors | Yes, quickly | Yes, as a starting point |
| Knows whether a noindex or redirect is intentional | No | Yes, with your context |
| Checks rendered content and JavaScript dependencies | Sometimes | Yes, template by template |
| Compares your pages with what actually ranks | No | Yes |
| Maps keywords to pages and finds cannibalization | No | Yes |
| Prioritizes by business impact and effort | Generic severity scores | Ranked for your goals |
| Developer-ready recommendations | Generic advice | Specific tickets |

Questions
SEO Audit FAQ
How is this different from a free SEO checker?
Automated checkers test pages against a fixed list of rules. They can't tell whether a noindex tag is intentional, which duplicate page should win, or whether your content matches what searchers want. Our audit uses automated data as input and adds manual analysis, business context and prioritization.
What access do you need?
Read access to Google Search Console and Google Analytics is the minimum. Access to your CMS, a staging environment or server logs is helpful but optional.
Will you implement the recommendations?
The audit itself is a diagnostic and planning engagement. Implementation support, developer collaboration and ongoing work can be scoped separately afterward.
How long does an audit take?
Timelines depend on site size, the number of templates and data access. We confirm a delivery date in writing before the audit starts.
