The service
When programmatic SEO works, and when it doesn't
Programmatic SEO uses templates and structured data to create many pages that each answer a specific query pattern, such as locations, integrations, comparisons or product attributes. Done well, each page delivers information a searcher genuinely needs. Done poorly, it creates near-identical pages with swapped keywords.
Google's spam policies define scaled content abuse as “when many pages are generated for the primary purpose of manipulating search rankings and not helping users.” Our consulting focuses on whether a page set has real, distinct value, and on the controls that keep quality high as it grows.

Business problems
Problems this service addresses
A page-set idea that hasn't been validated
There's a plan to generate thousands of pages, but no evidence of search demand or unique value per page.
Generated pages aren't indexed
A large share of template pages are listed in Search Console's page indexing report as duplicates or “Crawled - currently not indexed.”
Thin, interchangeable pages
Pages differ only by a keyword or city name and offer no information a visitor couldn't find elsewhere.
What we do
The work involved
- 01
Opportunity validation
Search demand and intent for the query pattern, and whether search results reward dedicated pages.
- 02
Data source assessment
Whether your data is accurate, complete, unique and maintainable enough to make each page useful.
- 03
Template design
Page structure, unique elements per page, internal links and conversion paths.
- 04
Indexation rules
Quality thresholds that decide which pages are indexable, which are noindexed and which aren't generated at all.
- 05
Internal linking at scale
Hub pages, breadcrumbs and related links that connect the set without creating link spam.
- 06
QA and phased rollout
Sampling-based quality review and a staged launch with monitoring before expanding.
Quality controls
The gates every programmatic page set must pass
- 1
Demand
Do people search this query pattern, and do results reward dedicated pages?
- 2
Data
Is the underlying data accurate, complete and maintained?
- 3
Unique value
Would each page help a visitor in a way the others don't?
- 4
Index threshold
Pages below the quality bar are noindexed or not generated.
- 5
Monitoring
Index rate and traffic per page are tracked before the set expands.
Deliverables
What you receive
Feasibility assessment
A go/no-go recommendation with the evidence behind it.
Template specification
Required data fields, page sections, metadata patterns and structured data.
Indexation and quality rules
Thresholds and logic your developers can implement.
Rollout and monitoring plan
Launch phases, success criteria for each phase and what to watch.
Measurement
How success is measured
- Index rate
- Share of published pages indexed, tracked per phase.
- Pages earning traffic
- Share of the set receiving impressions and clicks, not just total traffic.
- Conversions per page set
- Leads or sales attributed to the template group.
Who it's for
Who benefits most
- Marketplaces, directories and data-rich SaaS products
- Companies with proprietary or well-maintained structured data
- Teams that already launched template pages and are seeing poor indexing
Questions
Programmatic SEO FAQ
Is programmatic SEO against Google's guidelines?
Not inherently. Template-driven pages are common and legitimate when each page serves a real user need. Google's policy targets “large amounts of unoriginal content that provides little to no value to users, no matter how it's created.”
