Our process
A transparent SEO process, from discovery to measurement
Seven stages
How an engagement unfolds
- 01
Discovery and business goals
- What happens
- A working call to understand your business model, customers, conversion paths, past SEO work and technical constraints. We agree on what success looks like and how it will be measured.
- What we need from you
- Your goals, priority products or services, and any previous audits or reports.
- Output
- Agreed goals, KPIs and engagement scope.
- 02
Website and search visibility audit
- What happens
- We crawl the site, review indexing in Search Console, inspect key templates, assess content coverage and examine who ranks for your priority topics.
- What we need from you
- Read access to Google Search Console and Google Analytics; staging or CMS access if relevant.
- Output
- Documented findings with evidence and affected URLs.
- 03
Keyword research and opportunity analysis
- What happens
- We research how buyers search, classify intent, cluster queries and map each cluster to an existing or planned page.
- What we need from you
- Input on positioning, customer language and which offerings matter most.
- Output
- Keyword clusters and a keyword-to-page map.
- 04
Prioritized SEO roadmap
- What happens
- Findings and opportunities are scored for impact, effort and risk, then sequenced into a roadmap that separates quick wins from structural work.
- What we need from you
- A review session with the people who will own implementation.
- Output
- A roadmap with priorities, owners and success measures.
- 05
Implementation or developer collaboration
- What happens
- We write tickets with acceptance criteria, answer developer questions, review changes on staging and validate them after release.
- What we need from you
- Developer time, or a separate implementation engagement with us.
- Output
- Shipped, validated fixes.
- 06
Content and on-page improvements
- What happens
- We deliver briefs for new pages, page-level recommendations for existing ones and internal link updates, then review drafts before publication.
- What we need from you
- Writers or subject-matter experts, and an editorial approval process.
- Output
- Updated and new pages aligned with search intent.
- 07
Measurement and ongoing iteration
- What happens
- We track the agreed KPIs, explain what changed and why, and adjust the roadmap based on results and new opportunities.
- What we need from you
- Periodic review meetings and feedback from sales on lead quality.
- Output
- Reports with commentary and updated priorities.

Inside each stage
The investigation loop behind every recommendation
Step 1
Crawl
Collect what search engines see: every URL, status code, directive and link.
Crawler · sitemaps · server logs
Step 2
Diagnose
Confirm each issue against indexing data and rendered HTML, and separate symptoms from causes.
Search Console · rendered DOM
Step 3
Prioritize
Score findings by business impact, effort and risk, then sequence them into a roadmap.
Impact × effort × risk
Step 4
Implement
Write developer-ready tickets, review changes on staging and support the release.
Tickets · staging QA
Step 5
Measure
Re-crawl, validate fixes and track the indicators agreed at the start.
Re-crawl · GSC · GA4
Timing
Realistic expectations about results
Search engines have to recrawl pages before changes can take effect, and Google says “Crawling can take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks.” How long results take after that depends on your competition and how much changes, so we don't quote a generic timeline. We set dated targets for your site instead.
Source: Google Search Central: Ask Google to recrawl your URLs
We set leading indicators, such as indexing coverage, crawl health and impressions for target topics, so you can see whether the work is on track long before it shows up in revenue. If something isn't working, we'll say so and adjust.
Start with discovery
Tell us where your organic search stands today and what you want it to achieve. We'll suggest a sensible first engagement.
What happens next
We review your site and request
A person on our team looks at your website and the problem you described. You won't receive an automated report.
We reply within two business days
By email, with initial observations, any questions we have, and whether we think we're a good fit.
Scoping call and written proposal
If it makes sense to continue, we schedule a call and send a written scope, timeline and price. Nothing is billed before you approve it.
