About us
A technical, evidence-based approach to SEO
Our approach
How we think about SEO
Search visibility is the result of many small technical and editorial decisions. When organic performance stalls, the cause is usually specific: a rendering problem, a canonical conflict, a page that answers the wrong question, or content that search engines can't tell apart.
Our work is about finding those causes, explaining them in plain language and helping your team fix them in the right order. We favor fewer, better-justified recommendations over long lists of generic warnings.
- 01
Understand the website before advising on it
We look at how your site is built: templates, rendering, URL patterns, internal links and the systems that publish content. Good SEO advice has to fit the way your site actually works.
- 02
Inspect, don't assume
Tools flag symptoms. We confirm issues by checking server responses, rendered HTML, indexing data and real search results, and we show you the evidence.
- 03
Research demand, not just keywords
We study how your buyers describe their problems and what search engines reward for those queries, then decide which page should serve each need.
- 04
Turn findings into actions
A finding isn't useful until someone can act on it. Recommendations come with priorities, owners, acceptance criteria and a way to verify the result.
Who you'll work with
Direct, practical collaboration
Findings are explained directly to the people who need to act on them: your marketing lead, your developers and your content team. Questions go to the people who did the analysis.
Our commitments
What we will and won't do
We will
- Explain every recommendation and the evidence behind it
- Tell you when something isn't worth doing
- Confirm scope, timeline and price in writing before starting
- Report against a baseline we agree on together
- Work with your existing developers, writers and agencies
We won't
- Guarantee rankings, traffic numbers or AI citations
- Buy links or take part in link schemes
- Publish mass-produced AI content to inflate page counts
- Show sample data as if it were a client result
Tools and data
What we work with
Our analysis draws on first-party data wherever possible: Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, your server logs and your own CMS. We supplement it with desktop crawlers, browser developer tools, Google's PageSpeed Insights and Rich Results Test, Chrome UX Report field data and third-party keyword research platforms. Third-party estimates are always labeled as estimates.
Who we work with
US small and mid-sized businesses, B2B companies and SaaS teams that want more qualified organic leads, especially those with technical SEO challenges or questions about AI search.
