Who we are

Northpeak (“we,” “us”) provides SEO and AI search optimization services to businesses in the United States. You can contact us about this policy by email at vozorestudio@gmail.com or through our contact form.

Information we collect

Information you submit

When you request an audit or contact us, we collect the information you enter in the form:

• your name and business email address;
• your company website and, optionally, your company name;
• your main SEO objective, the services you are interested in and your description of the problem.

To understand how people find us, the form also sends three pieces of context with your request: the page you submitted it from, the first page you visited on this site during your visit, and the domain of the website that referred you (for example, a search engine). This context is kept in your browser's session storage until you close the tab and is sent only if you submit a form. Query strings are not included.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure records technical information about requests, such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request, for security and operational purposes. Your IP address is also used briefly to limit repeated form submissions and prevent spam.

We do not use analytics cookies on this website.

Advertising

This website shows ads served by Google AdSense. Third party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this website or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and/or other sites on the Internet. We share information only with service providers that process it on our behalf and under our instructions, such as our website hosting provider, the email or business software we use to receive and manage inquiries, and Google (for advertising, as described above). We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

We do not sell the information you submit through our forms, and we do not share it with advertisers. Advertising cookies placed by Google and its vendors on this site are described under “Advertising” above, and you can opt out of personalized ads as described below.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us by email at vozorestudio@gmail.com or through our contact form. Depending on where you live, state privacy laws may give you additional rights; we will respond to requests as required by applicable law.

You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google's Ads Settings, or opt out of a third-party vendor's use of cookies for personalized advertising at www.aboutads.info. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Retention

We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond to you and manage any resulting business relationship, and afterward only as long as required for legal, accounting or security purposes.

Security

Form submissions are transmitted over HTTPS and handled on our servers. Submissions are not published on this website and are not written to our application logs. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold.

Children

This website is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
